The 5 Levels of Leadership by John Maxwell
An outstanding book for growing in the 5 levels of leadership as described by John Maxwell. 17 Laws of Teamwork by John Maxwell
Business & Entrepreneurship Books
Good to Great by Jim Collins
This book has helped me understand what my business Arising Co should be focusing on to go from a good company to a great company. It has helped clarify decisions to focus solely within what Arising Co excels at for their clients. This book also brings about great research on the type of leadership necessary for a company to outperform many times the general market price.

The Millionaire Next Door by Thomas J. Stanley
Survey based book detailing the specifics of the Millionaire demographic. I enjoyed the focus on millionaire’s who were able to keep their lives in such a manner by low cost of living compared to others who although had riches, were not truly rich due to their high cost of living expenses. Provides perspective on how one can come to steward their lives in such a way so as to attain a millionaire lifestyle.

X: Multiply by John Bevere
Outstanding book on realizing that faithfulness means multiplication. Are we being faithful with the gift that God has given us? Ephesians 2:10 says we are His workmanship made in Christ Jesus for good works, that we should walk in them. It doesn’t mean that we will, however, and so how important it is that we surrender our lives and make use of our gifts for God’s glory.
